totinit is committed to providing you with high-quality products and we stand behind the quality of our travel packs and RFID wallets. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to products sold through totinit.ca and/or an authorized totinit retailer. Our warranties are crafted with the same regard for detail that is applied to every item we produce, and is our commitment to your continued enjoyment of totinit products. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including intentional damage to products, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products), or that violate our Terms of Use.

Coverage Duration

The warranty coverage period varies depending on the product category. Please refer to the specific coverage details below:

  1. Travel Bags: Covered by a 1-year warranty.
  2. RFID Wallets: Covered by a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any qualifying product that exhibits defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality. The warranty coverage is applicable only to products purchased directly from us or an authorized totinit retailer.

Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or neglect.
  2. Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized individuals or service providers.
  3. Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  4. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external factors.
  5. Consumable items or products with limited lifespan (e.g., batteries).
  6. If a product was damaged during flight, transport or by any carrier, you must immediately report such damage directly to the transport operator or carrier, as this damage is not covered by totinit.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will assess your claim and may request additional information or evidence.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or repair process.
  4. Return the product to us as instructed, ensuring it is packaged securely and includes all original accessories and packaging materials.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed with the repair or replacement.
  6. We will cover the costs of repair, replacement, and return shipping for valid warranty claims.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
